On Friday we featured an adorable owl & lollipop cake created by Heather at Social Bites. Well today we’re featuring the whole party, with all of its owl goodness. Pink and green with owls and sweets galore, this party is a hoot!

I just love the pink and green color scheme accented with pink polka dots. The candy and sweets table is over the top fun, not to mention the adorable owl cake. You know we love the cake! This party is whimsical, fun and perfect for a little girl.
A very special thank you to Heather from Social Bites and Karie Potts of K&K Photography for sharing this charming owl party with us! Be sure to check out more of Heather’s lovely cakes here and Karie’s gorgeous photography here.
Today’s real party is filled with fun and whimsy. Created by Annie from Annie’s Eats for her son’s second birthday, this Dr. Seuss inspired party is perfect for anyone who loves these classic books. This charming party comes alive with red, white and blue with polka dots all over!

From The Cat in the Hat to Green Eggs and Ham, this party has it all, Sam-I-am! Literally, guests enjoyed green deviled eggs and ham and cheese sliders. I love the ‘Thing 2′ cupcakes made from red velvet cupcakes, cream cheese frosting and blue cotton candy ‘hair’. Other treats included red velvet whoopie pies, Oreo truffles, marshmallow pops, red and blue rock candy, caramel corn, and Coke bottles served with red and blue striped straws.
A special thanks to Annie for the amazing party inspiration – many kudos on a job well done! Get the full scoop and all of the party details here on Annie’s blog. And while your there, be sure to check out all of the delicious recipes and helpful cooking tips on Annie’s Eats.
I thought we’d continue on with the ice cream theme today, showcasing this bold and bright Ice Cream Birthday Party. I was so excited to receive this party from Tricia Pinnock, a mom who knows how to throw a party! She hosted this summer-time bash for her daughter’s 6th birthday, serving up ice cream pool-side. A frosty treat followed by a swim, what child wouldn’t love that? Let’s take a peak.

I love the pink, yellow and green color scheme. It’s perfect for summer! All of the adorable party decor is from
LoveTheDay on Etsy. Personally I think this makes a great birthday birthday but would also be fitting for a baby shower. You know us moms-to-be… we love ice cream!
A special thank you to Trish for submitting this cheerful ice cream party to us. Looks like a party well planned!
