Everyone loves cupcakes, myself included.  What’s not to love, right?  And the latest trend of mini cupcakes provides all of the fun with none of the guilt.  Bite sized morsels of delicious cake with just a small dollop of icing.   They are perfect for parties, for both adults and children.   There so small, everyone can indulge in one mini cupcake.  The hard part is not devouring 2, 3, 4…. ah, who’s counting really!
