Today’s real party is a charming Vintage Baseball Wedding that will wow any ball fan.  Full of baseball inspired details, this event remains classic and elegant while showcasing the bride and groom’s personality.  With a dessert table and cake created by The Couture Cakery, this wedding truly is a home run!  Let’s take a look…

The delicious dessert table included a two-tier cake for the bridal party and cupcakes for the guests.  The cupcake menu included cafe mocha, marble cake with vanilla buttercream frosting and white cake with almond frosting, each topped with a chocolate baseball.  I love the lollipops displayed in a vase full of popcorn – how appropriate!  Not to mention the seating chart, table numbers and centerpieces which were all crafted around great baseball players from the past.

A special thanks to Jasmine from The Couture Cakery for sharing this amazing event.  You can read more about this Vintage Baseball Wedding on The Couture Cakery Blog.  Be sure to check out all of their fabulous cakes and dessert stations while you’re there!

    I LOVE this!!

I love this idea! I have been searching for ideas on this theme that are not TACKY!! Just one question any ideas as to what to do with all those baseballs once the guests autograph all of them??

Alex – I think it would be fun to display the autographed balls in oversized, tall glass vases. Like you would see in Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel.

    Best wishes!
