Good things come in small packages, right? I think that is why everyone is so crazy about cupcakes! Cupcakes are so ‘new’ and modern right now. They are perfect, sweet, individual indulgences. They make easy serving and clean up for children’s parties, while also serving as an trendy wedding cake. Women who don’t eat cake are often enticed by a cupcake… it’s so small… it’s barely a serving. While men won’t hesitate to woof down two… three… ah, who’s counting really!
