It’s almost the weekend… which is reason enough to celebrate! Why not try a refreshing Italian cocktail, the Sgroppino. Light and fresh, it’s simple to make and sure to impress.

- 1/2 cup chilled Prosecco (Italian sparkling white wine)
- 1 tablespoon chilled vodka
- frozen lemon sorbet
- a spring of fresh mint
Pour the Prosecco and vodka into a Champagne flute. Add a small scoop of sorbet into the flute. Garnish with mint and serve immediately. Enjoy!
For a different twist, try raspberry or peach sorbet. Yummm…
