I just love a celebration – especially birthdays! That is one of the best parts of being a cake designer. Growing up, my mother always went out of her way to celebrate family birthdays. There were always party decorations, our favorite meal and cake! I have such great memories of my childhood birthdays! I love knowing that I’ve helped other mothers to create wonderful memories for their children. The expression on a child’s face when they first see their cake is so amazing! It is worth all of my effort.
