And here are several pics of the modern cherry blossom design I created for Bride & Bloom. I really love how this design turned out! I was given direction to include red and black, but other than that I had complete creative control. Take a peek…
Cherry Blossom Cake

The actual cherry blossom pattern was inspired by a very sleek and modern pillow by Crate & Barrel. You can really see the details here…

One Response to “Contemporary Asian Wedding”

My boyfriend/fiance and I plan on getting married in a year or so. Our theme is kind of a contemporary Asian theme. The colors we picked are black, burgundy and silver. (I preferred white instead of silver, but we will see how that goes…haha!) I love the cherry blosson cake. Depending on when exactly the wedding will be I would love cherry blossoms and orchids for my flowers. I would love a red velvet cake, would that work well with that type of cake? SIlly question…my fiance is diabetic, and cant really do sucralose (Splenda) how hard is it to make a cake as sugar free as possible? Any suggestions would be great! Thanks! Awesome work!
