My favorite is 80% (intense dark chocolate ganache with a high cocoa content) – so so delish!

This ‘Sweet & Salty’ treat from Baked in Brooklyn is a sinful combination of dark chocolate, salty caramel, caramel chocolate ganache topped with fleur de sel. Doesn’t it just sound delicious?

Deliciously smooth hot chocolate also from Jacques Torres. If you’re ever in NYC visiting, walk the Brooklyn bridge over to DUMBO, visit his store and grab a hot chocolate for the walk back. A great way to spent an afternoon!
